ok guys rule #1 u gotta be patient. you are not gunna get 99 in a hour. ok ur gunna needa get a small fishing net (aquired at skilling) and go net fishing till lvl 30. from 30 fish cod till 40. from 40 to 45 cath tuna. from 45 to 76 fish lobbies. (i know its alot of lvl's be pacient.) from 76-82 fish sharks. from 82 to 99 fish manta's.
